Rates are per person and are based on double occupancy and include lodging, breakfast and dinner daily and all holiday activities/entertainment. Rates do NOT include 6% state sales tax or 15% service charge. Service charge covers gratuities for all service personnel, except alcoholic beverages.
We require a $200.00 deposit per room at the time of reservation. Notice of cancellation is required one month prior to your visit for a complete refund less a $30.00 cancellation fee per room. For cancellation of shorter notice, a refund of 50% of deposit will be refunded. There will be no refunds after December 15th,, 2009.
We
ask you to note that proper attire is required for dinner
(jackets are required for gentlemen); tuxedos for gentlemen
and formal attire for ladies is required for New Year's
Eve.
